  • How do I get my money out of the platform?

Selling and being paid are different things. Between a paid order and money in your account there is a release period and some fees — knowing that avoids the most common surprise for anyone starting out.

    Before you start

    • Role: Owner.
    • A registered bank account and a completed biometric identity check — see start receiving money.

    1. Understand the two balances

    BalanceWhat it is
Total balanceEverything you have sold and not yet withdrawn
Available for withdrawalThe part that has cleared the release period

It is normal for the two to differ. A sale approved today joins the total immediately and takes time to become available.

    2. Check the registered account

Before requesting, confirm the bank, branch, account and type in My Wallet. Wrong details delay or bounce the transfer.

    3. Request the transfer

    1. In My Wallet, start a transfer.
    2. Enter the amount, or choose to transfer the full available balance.
    3. Check the transfer summary.
    4. Confirm the request.

    4. Read the summary before confirming

The summary shows the service fee, the transfer fee and the net amount to receive. That last number is what reaches your account — not the balance you saw on the previous screen.

Because there is a fee per transfer, withdrawing every day costs more than consolidating withdrawals.

    5. Keep track

The withdrawal statement shows the history of transfers you have requested. Use it to reconcile against your bank statement.

    If it didn't work

    • The button asks for verification: complete the biometric identity check.
    • The available amount is lower than expected: some sales are still within the release period.
    • Less arrived than you expected: check the fees in the transfer summary.
    • No account registered: register the bank account before transferring.
