Omnichannel support
To handle several channels in one place, connect the channels in Messaging, add the attendants to the workspace, and define how conversations are distributed between them. This guide ties the three steps together; each one has its own page with the detail.
Before you start
- Role: you must be Owner or Admin of the workspace. Attendant and Guest neither connect channels nor configure distribution — an Attendant only sees the conversations on the channels assigned to them. See what each role can do in the roles and permissions reference (Portuguese).
- Plan: Instagram, WhatsApp and email are on every plan. SMS and voice start at Professional — see the limits and quotas reference (Portuguese).
1. Connect the channels
Each channel is connected once and from then on receives and sends messages through the same inbox.
For an overview of the available channels, see the Messaging hub.
2. Add the attendants
Invite each person on the team with the Attendant role. Check the scope of each role in the roles and permissions reference (Portuguese).
3. Define the distribution
Choose how conversations reach each attendant — fixed, round-robin or by team. See attendant assignment.

If it didn't work
- You cannot connect a channel or open its settings: check that your role is Owner or Admin — see no permission.
- WhatsApp messages do not go out: see the Meta messaging window limit (Portuguese).
- You got an error on the connection: look it up in the error codes reference (Portuguese).
