How does Max help me run the operation?
Max is the platform's assistant. What sets it apart from a generic AI is context: it can see your account — your funnels, contacts and sales — instead of answering in a vacuum.
Before you start
- Max operates within your permissions. It does not show you what your role cannot reach — see the roles and permissions reference (Portuguese).
What it is for day to day
It earns its keep especially on the things you would otherwise do by opening three screens and cross-referencing them in your head.
Ask with context
An assistant answers a specific request better. "Improve my funnel" gets you a generic answer; "this funnel gets traffic and does not convert at the checkout, what should I investigate?" gets you a useful one.
Confirm before you act
Like any assistant, Max can misread an ambiguous request. For any decision involving money or a change to your data, confirm it in the interface before going ahead.
That is not distrust — it is the same check you would run on a report you had never seen before.
What it does not replace
- Business decisions — price, positioning and the offer are still yours.
- Technical validation — tracking is confirmed by testing on the published page, not by asking.
- Knowing your customer — Max sees your data; it does not know your market.

Max next to the builder
On building screens — funnels, automations, pages, checkout, proposals, forms, quizzes, web chat, email, webinars and the members area — Max sits in a column on the left and the editing area on the right. Once you open the conversation both stay visible at the same time: you keep editing with Max open, and the panel no longer covers the save and publish buttons.
When Max is already open
Entering a builder starts with the conversation collapsed — you came to edit, and Max is one click away. The exception is arriving through a link from the chat itself ("open automation", "open funnel", "open page"): there the column opens already, carrying the conversation you asked to continue.
Collapsing and reopening is a moment-to-moment choice, not a saved preference: come back later and the builder opens collapsed again. The width you set is remembered.
Adjusting the space
- Drag the divider between the conversation and the builder to give either side more room. The width you choose is remembered per builder type.
- Collapse and reopen with the round button on the divider. Collapsing cancels nothing: an answer in progress keeps running and whatever you typed is still there when you reopen.
- From the keyboard: Tab to the divider and use the arrow keys to resize; Home and End jump to the limits; Enter collapses.
While the final button placement is being defined, opening Max is temporarily unavailable in the forms, quiz, web chat, proposal, webinar, email and members-area builders.
On a small screen
When the available area cannot fit both side by side, the builder moves to the top and the conversation below it, with the same divider. If it still does not fit — a short screen, or the phone keyboard open — two buttons appear to switch between Builder and Max. Switching loses nothing: both stay loaded.
Without access to Max
Anyone without access to the assistant sees the builder taking the whole area, with no conversation column and no empty space where it would be.
Editing with Max in the page builder
In the page builder, clicking an element opens its properties whether the conversation is open or not. To ask Max to change that element, use Edit with Max — that action is what sends the element as context for the conversation.

If it didn't work
- It cannot find a piece of data: confirm which workspace and which project are selected.
- The answer looks wrong: check it on the matching screen — the request may have been ambiguous.
- Information is missing: your role may be restricting what it can reach.
