Project or workspace: where do I put each thing?
A workspace is the working account; a project is the division inside it that groups funnels, pages, products and contacts. Choosing between the two defines what is shared and what stays isolated.
Before you start
- Role: Owner or Admin.
- Know this first: your plan's limits are shared across all your workspaces.
The question that decides it
Do the same people work on both sides?
- Yes → use projects inside the same workspace.
- No, and one side should not see the other → use separate workspaces.
Common cases
What a new workspace does not change
Creating another workspace does not multiply your plan's quota: the limits stay shared. If the reason for splitting is to fit more funnels or contacts, a new workspace does not solve it — the way out is an upgrade. See the limits and quotas reference (Portuguese).
Domains follow the project
Each domain is tied to a project. If you separate offers by project, plan the domains alongside them — see domain structure by project.
Start simple
One workspace and a handful of projects cover most cases. Fragmenting early creates maintenance work and the feeling that "things disappear" — when in fact they are in another project.
Before you delete
Deleting a project erases its funnels, pages, contacts and settings, and the confirmation asks you to type the project name. It is irreversible — export what matters first.

If it didn't work
- You cannot find a funnel or a contact: confirm which project and workspace are selected.
- You hit the limit even with few projects: the quota belongs to the plan, not to the project.
- You deleted something by mistake: deletion is irreversible.
