      • Can I export the CRM contacts from Clickmax?

      Yes. The export comes out as a CSV file and you can export the whole base or only the contacts currently filtered.

      1. Open Contacts.
      2. Apply the filters (tag, list, segment) if you want to export only a subset.
      3. Click Export and confirm the CSV format.

      The file carries each contact's data, such as name, email, phone, tags and lists.

      If it didn't work

      • Exported more rows than you expected? Review the filters applied before exporting in Contacts.
      • Don't see the export option? Your account may be missing a permission; see permissions.
