      • How do I identify where each contact came from?

      Open the contact's profile and look at the Source field. It tells you where the contact came in from: a funnel or page, the checkout (including abandoned carts), a capture link or an external integration (Hotmart, Eduzz, Kiwify, Guru, Hubla).

      If it didn't work

      • Contact with no source set: it may have been created manually or imported. See Import contacts.
      • The source you expect is an external platform: check that the integration is connected.
