      • How do I zoom out to see the whole funnel?

      The zoom controls sit on the right-hand side of the funnel editor. Click Zoom out (the minus button) to pull back — you can shrink the canvas down to 10% of its original size, which is enough to see large funnels in full.

      Requirements: edit access to the funnel's project.

      1. Open the funnel in the editor.
      2. On the right-hand side, click Zoom out as many times as you need. Each click pulls back a little further, down to a minimum of 10%.
      3. To zoom back in, click Zoom in (the plus button) — the maximum is 200%.
      4. To frame the whole funnel at once, click Fit view. The editor works out the zoom level needed to fit every step on screen.

      On laptops with a trackpad, the pinch gesture also zooms, and a two-finger scroll moves the canvas.

      If it didn't work

      • Still doesn't fit on screen? Use Fit view instead of clicking Zoom out repeatedly — it works out the framing for you.
      • Steps scattered far apart leave the funnel spread out. Click Auto layout to reposition them before framing.
      • Can't see the zoom controls? Check that you have access to the project in Permissions.
