      • How does the Clickmax countdown timer work?

      The countdown is global and linear: every visitor sees the same deadline, counting down to the end date and time you set. It is not individual per user — it does not restart on each visit and it is not personalised per person.

      Add the countdown element while editing your funnel page and set the end date and time.

      If it didn't work

      • The timer has reached zero and still shows on the page: review the end date and time set on the element in Create pages.
      • You expected a deadline that restarts per visitor: that behaviour is not supported — the countdown is always global. See more answers in Questions.
