      • How do I import contacts via CSV in Clickmax?

      1. Go to Contacts and click Import contacts.
      2. Upload a CSV file with the column headers (for example: name, email, phone, date). Use dates in YYYY-MM-DD format.
      3. Map the columns to the contact fields and confirm consent (LGPD).
      4. Click Import contacts to finish.

      If it didn't work

      • The import failed or columns came through empty: review the headers and the column mapping in Import contacts.
      • Dates rejected: confirm they are in YYYY-MM-DD format (see Contact fields).
      • You have hit your plan limit: see Contact limit.
