      Yes. Create an automation and use a trigger tied to the funnel to send messages automatically as the contact moves through the steps.

      1. Open Automations and create a new automation (see your first automation).
      2. Choose a trigger related to the funnel or the step.
      3. Add the action that sends the message (WhatsApp, Telegram, email) and turn the automation on.

      If it didn't work

      • The message does not fire: check that the trigger matches the funnel step and that the automation is active.
      • The channel is not connected: connect WhatsApp or Telegram first.
      • Sends interrupted: check the account limits.
