      Use the native integrations to connect the external platform. Sales then arrive in Clickmax automatically, creating contacts and recording purchase history in a single dashboard.

      1. Open Integrations and pick the platform (for example Hotmart, Kiwify or Eduzz).
      2. Follow the step-by-step instructions on the card to connect the account.
      3. From the moment you connect, new sales come in automatically.

      To bring in only a contact database (without sales), use contact import.

      If it didn't work

      • The platform isn't in the list: check the available options in Integrations.
      • Sales don't appear after connecting: review the inbound webhook configuration.
      • You got an error while connecting: see the error codes.
