What are the main triggers available for automations?
A trigger is the event that starts an automation. The most used ones are:
- Manual send — you send it yourself to a list, tag or segment.
- Contact and tag — contact created or captured, tag applied or removed.
- Sales and payments — purchase paid, PIX or Boleto generated, abandoned cart, card declined, refund requested.
- Opportunities (pipeline) — opportunity won, lost, or moved into or out of a stage.
- Messages — a message or comment received on WhatsApp, Instagram or Telegram.
- External platforms — purchase and subscription events from the platforms connected under Integrations.
The full catalogue, including funnel and flow triggers, is in Automation triggers.

If it didn't work
- The trigger isn't in the selector: it may be marked coming soon, or it may depend on a channel/integration you haven't connected yet. See Integrations.
- The automation doesn't fire: confirm the trigger is active and the matching channel is connected. See Automations.
- Error saving the automation: see error codes and messages.
