      • Where are leads stored in Clickmax?

      Every lead you capture becomes a contact and lives in the Contacts area of the main menu. There you will find the full list, with the activity history, tags, lists, segments and each contact's opportunities across your pipelines.

      If it didn't work

      • No contacts at all yet? Check that your capture is connected in Capture link.
      • Can't open the Contacts area? It may be a missing permission — see No permission.
      • Hit the record ceiling? Check the contact limit.
