  • How do I send a voice message in the live chat?

In the live chat, click the microphone icon next to the message field to record a voice message. The platform automatically converts the recording to a format accepted by WhatsApp — it works in any browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge).

    1. Open the conversation and click the microphone icon.
    2. Allow microphone access if the browser asks.
    3. Record your message. You can pause to listen to what you have recorded and resume afterwards.
    4. Click the confirm button (✓) to send, or the X to discard the recording.

The recording limit is 3 minutes — a warning appears at the 2-minute mark, and when the limit is reached the recording pauses on its own, leaving you to listen, send, or discard.

    If the send fails

The audio bubble shows the Send failed status and a Try again option. Click it to resend the same audio without recording again. If it keeps failing, check your internet connection and try once more.

    Channels that accept audio

The microphone button only appears when the conversation's channel accepts audio (for example, WhatsApp and Telegram). On channels without audio support, send the message as text.
