      • Does Clickmax integrate with external payment platforms?

      Yes. You can connect external checkout platforms — such as Eduzz, Guru, Hotmart, Hubla and Kiwify — so that sales made there sync contacts, opportunities and automations inside Clickmax. On top of that, Clickmax has its own checkout: just register a seller to process sales directly on the platform.

      If it didn't work

      • The integration does not show as connected: go back over the steps in Integrations for the platform you chose.
      • Sales are not landing in the dashboard: check the incoming webhook setup.
      • An error receiving payments through the native checkout: check the seller registration or see the error codes.
