      • Does Clickmax have LGPD compliance features?

      Yes. Clickmax helps you operate in line with the LGPD:

      • Consent: forms let you record the contact's consent at the point of capture.
      • Data deletion: you can delete a contact's data at the data subject's request.
      • Minimisation: you only collect the fields you actually need on the form.

      Responsibility for processing the data (legal basis, privacy policy, handling data subject requests) still sits with the controller — Clickmax is the tool that supports those practices.
