      • Can I offer payment in instalments?

      Yes. On credit card you set the maximum number of instalments (up to 12, for example) on the product's offer.

      1. Open the product and edit the offer.
      2. Set the maximum number of card instalments.
      3. Choose whether the checkout shows the total price or the instalment amount by default.

      If it didn't work

      • The instalment option only exists on credit card — Pix and Boleto are paid in full. Check the payment method in Sales.
      • Without a registered seller the payment is not processed: see Seller registration.
      • Payment declined at the checkout? See the error codes.
