      What used to be called "Send" is today the Messaging module: the hub for communicating with your contacts over WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram, email, SMS and voice. In it you send manual messages, fire broadcasts to a list or segment, and connect each conversation channel. For automatic replies, use an automation wired to the message triggers.
