      • How do I create and manage tags?

      You manage tags inside Contacts:

      1. Open Contacts and go to the tags area.
      2. Create a new tag by giving it a name.
      3. Apply the tag to a single contact, or select several contacts to apply it in bulk.

      Tags help you segment your contacts by source, product bought or event, and they can be used as a condition in automations and segments.

      If it didn't work

      • You can't create or apply tags: check whether your user has permission to edit contacts in No permission.
