      • How do I import contacts from other platforms?

      Export the database from the other tool as a CSV file and import it into Clickmax:

      1. Prepare the CSV with one column per field (name, email, phone and so on).
      2. Go to Contacts and choose the import option.
      3. Upload the CSV file.
      4. Map each column in the file to the matching contact field.
      5. Optionally assign a tag or list to the imported contacts, then finish.

      If it didn't work

      • The import doesn't recognise the columns: review the mapping and confirm the first row of the CSV holds the column names. See Import contacts.
      • You have reached your plan's maximum number of contacts: see Contact limit.
