      • How does the new Clickmax Dashboard work?

      The Dashboard, or Overview, is the panel's home screen and gives you an aggregated picture of how your business is doing:

      • Contact capture — how many new contacts came in during the period.
      • Messaging — the volume of messages sent by your automations and campaigns.
      • Sales and conversions — the transactions and revenue generated.
      • Performance by funnel — visits, contacts, messages sent and products sold in each funnel.

      The cards are clickable and take you straight to the matching areas (contacts, sales pages, transactions and funnel optimisation), so they double as a shortcut for acting on each figure.

      If it didn't work

      • The numbers show as zero or look out of date? Check the period selected and confirm you have published funnels receiving visits.
      • Some cards are missing, or you can't open an area? It may be a permissions gap on the project — see Permissions.
