      • How do I apply upsell and downsell in ClickMax?

      Upsell and downsell are extra funnel steps, shown right after the main offer is bought.

      1. Create the checkout step with the main offer.
      2. In the funnel, click + next to the checkout card and add an Upsell Page; link the product and the price of the higher offer.
      3. Add a Downsell Page after the upsell; it is triggered by the decline button ("I don't want this offer") on the previous step.
      4. Publish the funnel.

      If it didn't work

      • The upsell or downsell doesn't appear after the purchase: check that the pages are connected in the right order in the funnel and that the funnel has been published — see create a funnel.
      • The product isn't available to link: register it first under products.
      • The charge for the extra offer failed: see the error codes.
