      • Does Clickmax support automatic domain redirects?

      Clickmax serves your pages on the www subdomain (for example, www.yourdomain.com). The root domain (for example, yourdomain.com) is not redirected automatically: you need to set that redirect up with your domain/DNS provider, pointing the root at the www version.

      When you add the domain, use the www subdomain in the DNS records the platform gives you.

      If it didn't work

      • The root domain opens blank or throws an error: confirm that it redirects to www at your DNS provider.
      • The DNS records have not propagated yet: wait for propagation and review the steps in add a domain.
      • Error when opening the page: see the error codes.
