      • What is the difference between lists and tags in Clickmax?

      • Tags: labels that classify contacts by a characteristic or behaviour (e.g. "VIP customer", "Black Friday").
      • Lists: groups of contacts used to send campaigns or to analyse your base.

      The same contact can carry several tags and belong to several lists at the same time. If you need a group that updates itself from rules, use a segment rather than a fixed list.
