      • Can I delete or clear contacts from the CRM?

      Yes. You can delete a contact with the Delete button on their profile, or select several contacts in the list and delete them in bulk. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone — if you only want to organise your base, consider using tags, lists or segments instead of deleting.

      If it didn't work

      • Can't see the delete button? Your account may be missing a permission — see No permission.
      • Need to remove many contacts at once based on a criterion? Create a segment to filter before the bulk action.
      • Deleted something by mistake? The action is permanent; re-import from a backup — see Import and export contacts.
