      • How do I test that contact capture is working?

      1. Publish the funnel page that holds the capture form and open the published link.
      2. Fill the form in with test data (name, email, phone) and submit.
      3. Open the Contacts section in Clickmax: the test contact should appear in the list automatically.

      If the contact shows up, capture is working. Use an email address you have not registered before, so you don't update an existing contact instead.

      If it didn't work

      • The contact doesn't show up: confirm the form really is on the published page and that you opened the published link, not the editor preview. See Create forms.
      • You can't see the contact list: it may be a missing permission on the project. See No permission.
      • Error when submitting the form: see the error codes.
