      • How does Clickmax help me identify abandoned carts?

      When a contact starts the checkout but does not complete the purchase, Clickmax records that abandonment and makes the contact available for recovery. From there you can:

      1. Find the contacts with an abandoned checkout in your database.
      2. Create an automation triggered by that event to send recovery messages (WhatsApp, email or SMS).
      3. Track who came back and completed the purchase.

      If it didn't work

      • The automation doesn't fire: check the trigger you chose in Automation triggers.
      • The messages don't arrive: check the channel in Messages.
      • You can't find the contacts: review your database in Contacts.
