      • How do I connect external sales platforms such as Hotmart or Eduzz?

      1. Open Integrations and select the platform you want (Hotmart, Eduzz, among others).
      2. Copy the incoming webhook generated by Clickmax and paste it into the external platform.
      3. Enter the external platform's API key in Clickmax and save.

      From then on, sales from those platforms start arriving in Clickmax, creating contacts and triggering your automations.

      If it didn't work

      • The sales don't appear: check that the webhook was pasted correctly into the external platform. See incoming webhook.
      • An error when saving the API key: validate the key generated on the external platform and see the integration page.
      • Unexpected behaviour when receiving data: check the error codes.
