      • What is the Flow module for?

      Flow is Clickmax's automation engine: starting from a trigger (such as a contact joining a list or moving to the next stage), it runs a sequence of actions with no manual intervention. With it you send messages, move contacts between funnel steps, apply tags and fire notifications automatically.

      If it didn't work

      • The automation doesn't fire: check that the trigger you chose matches the event in Automation triggers.
      • An action fails part-way through the flow: see Error codes.
      • You can't find the automations menu: check your permissions.
