  • What is the Outlier Programme in Clickmax?

The Outlier Programme is a tiered system that unlocks benefits and rewards as your revenue on the platform grows. You track your tier and your progress straight from the Dashboard.

Programme revenue is always your all-time total

The Revenue and Next level shown on the Outlier Programme card add up every sale since your account started, across all projects — sales made on Clickmax plus the ones from connected external platforms.

The Overview's Period and project filters do not change those numbers. Switching the period to the last 7 days or looking at a single project changes the dashboard indicators, but your level and how much is left to reach the next one stay the same — your position in the programme does not depend on how you are looking at the data.

Hovering over the Revenue value shows the split between Clickmax and External platforms; that breakdown is all-time too, for the same reason.

A newly approved sale can take a few minutes to show up on the card.

Only sales in Brazilian reais count towards your tier

Each tier's target is an amount in Brazilian reais. That is why the programme only counts sales charged in BRL — both Clickmax sales and the external-platform ones charged in reais.

An external sale charged in another currency (US dollars, euros and so on) does not go into the programme's Revenue. No exchange rate is applied here: adding US$ 50 as if it were R$ 50 would grant a tier the revenue does not back.

If you sell in more than one currency, those sales still show up normally in Sales, each in its own currency — they just don't count towards the programme.

    If it didn't work

    • Can't find the Outlier Programme on the Dashboard? Check your permissions — your account may be missing access.
    • Is Revenue lower than you expected? Make sure your external platforms are connected and that the sales appear in Sales. If they are there and still don't add up, check the charge currency: only sales in Brazilian reais count towards the programme.
    • Other questions about your account in Questions.
