      • Can I integrate Clickmax with an external CRM?

      Yes. There are two ways to send contact and event data to an external system:

      1. Outgoing webhook — push the data whenever a contact or an event happens.
      2. API — read and write Clickmax data programmatically.

      What the external system can accept depends on its own API.

      If it didn't work

      • The webhook isn't reaching the destination: check the URL and the expected format in Webhooks reference.
      • The API call returns an error: see Error codes.
      • Need a ready-made integration with a checkout platform: see Integrations.
