My domain is blocked at Ionos, what should I do?
The block happens at Ionos (your domain provider), not at Clickmax. While the domain is blocked there, it will not connect to the platform. To reactivate it, open your Ionos control panel and:
- Check for unpaid invoices — once payment is settled, the block usually lifts automatically.
- Look for data confirmation emails (including in your spam folder) and finish the validation; if the link has expired, resend the verification from the control panel.
- Check any alerts or notifications in the panel that need action from you.
If the domain is still blocked after you have settled payments and confirmations, the cause may be legal or security-related and only Ionos can resolve it — contact their support. Once the domain is active again, simply reconnect it in Clickmax.
