#What information is shown on the "Subscriptions" tab?

The "Subscriptions" tab brings together your recurring sales and shows, for each one:

• Customer (the contact linked to the subscription)
• The subscription offer taken out
• The recurring amount
• Current status (active, failed charges, cancelled)
• Date of the next charge

Use it to follow renewals and spot subscriptions with failed charges.

#If it didn't work

• A subscription is missing from the list: confirm the offer is a recurring one in Subscription offer.
• The charge was not processed: check your seller registration.
