      • Can I import funnels from external campaigns (Hotmart, Eduzz and so on)?

      There is no way to import a ready-made funnel from another platform. You build the funnel inside Clickmax and connect Hotmart, Eduzz and other platforms through an integration, so that sales and events flow into your contacts and automations.

      1. Create the funnel in Clickmax (pages, checkout and steps).
      2. Connect the external platform in the integrations area.
      3. Use the integration's events to trigger automations and move contacts along the pipeline.

      If it didn't work

      • You cannot see the platform's events on your contacts: review the connection in integrations.
      • You need to create the funnel's pages from scratch: see create a page.
      • The platform you use is not on the list: see the general questions.
