      • What is the "Message history" on a contact's profile?

      The message history gathers, in chronological order, every interaction exchanged with the contact: emails sent, automated messages from automations and conversations over WhatsApp, Telegram and the other connected channels. It centralises communication so you can follow everything in one place inside the contact's profile.

      If it didn't work

      • Messages from a channel don't appear in the history: check that the channel is connected in Messages.
      • Automation messages not recorded: check that the automation is active and pointing at the contact.
