      • How do I set up an outgoing webhook?

      In Integrations → Add integration, under Send events to other platforms, select the platform → Create outgoing webhook → choose the interaction to be sent → set the name and the destination URL → Save. See the webhook reference.

      If it didn't work

      • The other platform is not receiving anything: check the destination URL and that the webhook is active.
      • An error when creating it: see the error codes and messages.
