      • How does the ClickMax affiliate programme work?

      The affiliate programme lets other people sell your product in exchange for a commission. To get started:

      1. Publish the product on the affiliate marketplace.
      2. Choose the approval mode: automatic (anyone joins straight away) or manual (you approve each affiliate).
      3. Set the commission (%) and the description the affiliate sees.
      4. Decide whether affiliates will have access to buyer data.

      Each approved affiliate gets their own link, and the sales they make are attributed automatically when the commission is calculated.

      If it didn't work

      • The product isn't showing up for affiliates: confirm it is published on the affiliate marketplace in Affiliates.
      • An affiliate can't sign up: if approval is set to manual, you need to approve them first. See Affiliates.
      • The commission wasn't attributed to a sale: check that the sale used the affiliate's link and review the rules in Products.
