      • What are the "Status" and "Payment method" columns?

      In your sales, these two columns sum up each transaction:

      • Status: where the sale stands — usually approved, pending, cancelled or refunded.
      • Payment method: how the customer paid — Pix, credit card or Boleto.

      Use them together to keep track of what has been paid and to spot buying patterns.

      If it didn't work

      • A sale stuck on "pending": Pix and Boleto payments only move to approved once the bank confirms them. See Sales.
