      • How do I use channel settings in automations?

      1. In Settings, connect the channels you are going to use (email, WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram, SMS and voice).
      2. Open Automations and create or edit an automation.
      3. On each sending step, select the channel you have already connected to send the matching message.

      The automation then uses the channels you configured to send messages automatically, following the flow you defined.
