      • How does the global countdown timer work in ClickMax?

      The global countdown is based on a fixed date and time: every visitor sees the same deadline, and the timer does not restart per visitor. It is ideal for launches and events with a set date. When the deadline passes, the timer hits zero for everyone at the same moment.

      If it didn't work

      • The timer shows a different time from the one you expected: check the time zone and the date and time set on the step. See create pages.
      • You need each visitor to have their own deadline (starting from their visit): the global countdown does not do that; see more answers in Questions.
