      To connect a new WhatsApp number:

      1. Open the Messaging panel and go to Channels.
      2. Click Add number (WhatsApp).
      3. Log in with your Facebook Business Manager account.
      4. Select the business and the WhatsApp Business account you want to link.
      5. Finish the linking and refresh the page — the number appears ready to send and receive messages.

      If it didn't work

      • The Facebook login fails or does not list your business: confirm that you are an administrator of the Business Manager and of the WhatsApp Business account in Connect WhatsApp.
