  • How do I set up email senders on my own domain?

To send emails from addresses such as [email protected], first verify the domain (by publishing the DNS records Clickmax gives you) and then register the senders you will use in campaigns and automations. Using a verified domain improves deliverability and reinforces your brand.

    1. Open the email domain settings in Messaging.
    2. Add your domain and publish the records shown (SPF, DKIM and DMARC) with your DNS provider.
    3. Wait for verification to finish.
    4. Register the sender addresses you want (for example, [email protected]) so you can use them when sending broadcasts and in automations.

    If it didn't work

    • Verification never finishes: review the DNS records you published in Email domain; propagation can take a few hours.
    • The option to add a sender does not appear: check your permissions in No permission.
    • Emails landing in spam: confirm the domain's SPF, DKIM and DMARC in Email domain.
