  • What is conditional logic in a funnel?

Conditional logic is an "if/then" rule that steers the contact down different paths within the funnel. Based on actions (such as a purchase), applied tags or behaviour, you can show different pages depending on each contact's profile or response.

You combine this with automations to react to those events: for example, if the contact bought, send them to an upsell page; if they didn't, show a recovery offer.

    If it didn't work

    • The contact didn't follow the expected path: check whether the tag or event used as the condition is actually being applied, in Automations.
    • The automation didn't fire: review the trigger in Automation triggers.
    • Questions about the structure of the funnel pages: see Create funnels.
