      • What is the general process for setting up an integration?

      The flow is always the same, whatever the platform:

      1. Open Integrations in Clickmax and choose the platform you want to connect.
      2. Start the connection and enter the details it asks for (for example, an API Key or the Webhook URL).
      3. Save and test the connection to confirm the events are coming through.

      If it didn't work

      • The connection fails the test: review the API Key and the Webhook URL you entered in Integrations.
      • The events are not arriving: check the incoming webhook setup on the source platform.
      • An error when saving: see the error codes.
