      • What is automatic domain redirection in Clickmax?

      Clickmax publishes your pages on the www subdomain (for example, www.yoursite.com). There is no automatic redirect from the root domain (yoursite.com) to www, so if you want the root domain to open your pages as well, you need to set that redirect up manually with your domain/DNS provider.

      If it didn't work

      • The root domain does not open the page: confirm that you created the redirect from the root to www in your domain provider's panel, see Add a domain.
