      • How do I connect Instagram to Clickmax?

      1. Open the Messaging settings and go to the conversation channels.
      2. Choose to connect Instagram with your Meta account.
      3. Log in to Meta and authorise access to the Instagram account.
      4. Once confirmed, Instagram becomes available as a channel and you receive and reply to Direct conversations inside Clickmax.

      The Instagram account must be a professional one (business or creator) linked to your Facebook page for Meta to authorise the connection.

      If it didn't work

      • The Instagram account is not professional or is not linked to a Facebook page: fix that in Meta and redo the connection in Connect Instagram.
      • You cannot see the messaging settings: you may not have permission on the project, see No permission.
      • Meta has blocked sending because of a message limit: see Meta's limit.
