What information is shown for each sale?
In Sales, each row shows: the date and time of the purchase, the customer's name, the product bought, the amount, the transaction status (paid, pending, cancelled) and the payment method used (Pix, card or Boleto).
Reference
The Reference column identifies the sale in the table: it is the order's code in the payment system, the same one shown in the Reference column of the statement in My Wallet. Click it to open the sale details.
It is also what matches a Clickmax sale to the same charge on the payment side, and it finds the sale: paste it into the search box above the table or into Filters → Reference. Either way you need the full reference — part of it will not find the sale.
In By Transaction, the Reference shows in the same place, and the Transaction ID column still carries each transaction's identifier — the main one and each order bump.
Clickmax's internal identifiers are hidden: Code (in By Sale) and Sale ID (in By Transaction). To show either, open Columns above the table and tick the column.
On the sale details screen
The screen title is Sale followed by the order's Reference — the same code as the Reference column in the table and in the statement in My Wallet. It confirms at a glance that you opened the right sale.
In the Details card the Reference shows again, next to the Code, each with a copy button:
An order with order bumps has a single Reference: it belongs to the whole order, not to each item. Each item is still listed under Sale products, and opening one leads to the Transaction screen, which is identified by that transaction's Code.
