      • What information is shown for each sale?

      In Sales, each row shows: the date and time of the purchase, the customer's name, the product bought, the amount, the transaction status (paid, pending, cancelled) and the payment method used (Pix, card or Boleto).

      If it didn't work

      • A sale is missing from the list? Check the checkout integration in Incoming webhook.
      • A status stuck on pending may mean the payment was never confirmed. See Error codes.
