      • Can I edit a contact's details manually?

      Yes. Open the contact, edit the data on the profile, and the changes are saved and visible to the whole team.

      1. Go to Contacts and open the contact you want.
      2. Edit the name, phone, email, tags and custom fields on the profile.
      3. The changes are saved automatically.

      If it didn't work

      • You can't edit, or you don't see the button: your profile may be missing a permission. See Permissions or No permission.
      • A custom field is missing: check the available Fields.
