#What happens to contacts created by external integrations?

Every sale recorded on an integrated platform (Hotmart, Kiwify, Eduzz, Guru, Hubla) automatically creates the contact in the Contacts tab of the CRM. There you manage them, segment them by source and use them in lists, segments and automations.

• The contact didn't show up after the sale: check that the integration is connected in Integrations.
• You need to bring contacts in from another source: see import and export contacts.
• You have hit your plan's contact cap: see contact limit.
