      • What are message automations in Clickmax?

      Automations are flows that send messages on their own when a trigger happens — for example, a contact buys a product, joins a list or visits a page. You build the flow once and it runs for every contact that meets the condition.

      Example: the contact buys → receives a thank-you email → later receives an upsell offer.

      If it didn't work

      • The automation does not fire: check that the trigger you chose matches the real event in Automation triggers.
      • The message is not sent: check the channel used in the sending step in Messaging.
